"Down"
This morning is a bit emotional for me. A friend left the company suddenly. The Director did not see/hear what I'm doing. I felt that I've been under utilized, not appreciated, being fooled and isolated. I told mysefl, I would stop doing anything starting from now unless it is being ask to do it. I could be over sensitive but .....

^^ There is a lot of things that can be done to make people arounds you much more comfortable/easier/happier - to work... i always find it much more fulfilling to know people around me appreciate the things i did than the person on top :)
Dont let her insensitivity to question how you would like to work, but be persistent to show your passion.
