Mondy Morning

Monday morning is always not a good time to have meeting. Some how we have one start at 9am today. People go into the conference room without much preparation, I can see some with puffy eyes, blank mind, knee injured, with breakfast and etc ... As a manager, if you would like to have an effective meeting, please advoid to do it during Monday morning ya!
