After a year, I am seeing "Tsunami" in another company. All the before/after effects are so familliar, the low morale, unsecure, rumors ....
This probably explain why I received such reaction from CB.

I guess this is the trend, I-Kei is always the lead in the market. :P
This will be a non stop practise, is going to happen in I-Kei next year too.
