Leader needs to be comfortable to be the dumbest person on the team. :)
As an individual contributor or SME, we need to know everything we suppose to know and have answers for it or at least know what your role suppose to know given the time to learn and train.
As a leader, we are not task to know all the answers but should have all the questions.
Leader is not hero, the folks work around the leader are. ;P
