During lunch, overheard the conversation at the next table. Mr. A said "I stay in this job because it gives me the financial freedom, I can buy anything I like, go on vacation when needed. If I left this job, I will lose the freedom/luxurious lifestyle."
I believe this is the same thoughts most of us have, that's why most of us still trap within this 4 walls.
May be you could say, never try never know, who knows you will do much more better than this if you dare to go after your dream. There a lot factors to be considered, yet life is to short to consider to much. Good luck!

Hmm... i am not sure about financial freedom or give me more $ to buy more luxury things are my #1 or top 5 concerns....
I am more look into job satisfaction and an avenue to learn. Switching to a small (compare to in-kei) firm is an eye opener for me... pressure is less because you are more in control in comparison... less dependent on others or some unnecessary process...
What i treasure the most now is the chance to learn on business... from planning, sustainability and marketing decisions... something that in-kei can never give me at this stage or 10 yrs from now...
I believe .... human are prone to have double thoughts about what they want to do... sometimes that is a blessing... sometimes not.
Are you paying too much attention into results than the journey of trying to achieve results these days? ;P
